Any person who has passed Graduate, Post Graduate, M.Phil., or Ph.D. examination from Hiralal Ramniwas PG College, Khalilabad shall be eligible to become a member of this Alumni Association.
Teachers and non-teaching staff of the college who have rendered at least 5 years of service are also eligible for membership.
Membership fee should be deposited in the following account and the receipt submitted with the registration form.

The name of the Association shall be "Hiralal Ramniwas Alumni Association".
The registered office of the Association shall be located at Hiralal Ramniwas PG College, Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar, U.P.
To bring the alumni and present students closer to each other and to the college.
To foster a feeling of togetherness amongst the alumni.
To bring out a newsletter, souvenir, and other publications for the benefit of alumni.
To assist the college in its academic activities by way of establishing linkages with industry and various organisations.
To assist the meritorious and needy students by awarding scholarships and other financial assistance to them.
To assist the college in its all-round development.
To help in providing employment to unemployed alumni.
To assist in maintaining and developing college buildings and campus.
To hold seminars, conferences, workshops, and symposia in the college for mutual benefit of alumni and students.
To do all such other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objectives.
The income and property of the Association, from whatever source derived, shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objectives of the Association as set forth in this Memorandum of Association; and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly, by way of dividend, bonus or otherwise howsoever by way of profit to the members of the Association.

"Association" means Hiralal Ramniwas Alumni Association.
"Member" means a person who is a member of the Association.
"Executive Committee" means the managing body of the Association as described in Rule 5.
"General Body" means the General Body of members of the Association.
"President" means the President of the Association.
"Secretary" means the General Secretary of the Association.

A person who desires to become a member shall apply in writing to the General Secretary in the prescribed form along with the membership fee.
The Executive Committee shall have the right to accept or reject any application for membership.
A member shall cease to be a member of the Association if he/she resigns from the membership by a notice in writing to the General Secretary.
A member shall cease to be a member if the Executive Committee, by a resolution passed by two-thirds majority, decides to remove him/her from membership on grounds of conduct unbecoming of a member or acting against the interests of the Association.
An Annual Member who fails to pay the annual subscription within three months of the due date shall cease to be a member.
The Association shall have a General Body consisting of all members of the Association.
The Executive Committee shall be constituted by the General Body from among its members.
The Executive Committee shall consist of a Patron, a President, a Vice-President, a General Secretary, a Joint Secretary, a Treasurer, and five Members.
The Principal of the College shall be the ex-officio Patron of the Association.
The Executive Committee shall be elected by the General Body at its Annual General Meeting for a period of two years.
The General Body shall meet at least once a year as an Annual General Meeting.
Special meetings of the General Body may be called by the President or upon a written request by at least one-fifth of the members.

The name of the Association shall be "Hiralal Ramniwas Alumni Association", Khalilabad, Sant Kabir Nagar, U.P.
The Executive Committee shall be elected by the members present at the Annual General Meeting. Each member shall have one vote. In case of a tie, the President shall have a casting vote. The election shall be conducted by a Returning Officer appointed by the General Body.
The Treasurer shall maintain the accounts of the Association. The General Secretary shall be authorised to spend up to ₹5,000 for day-to-day expenses without prior approval of the Executive Committee. Any expenditure above ₹5,000 shall require the approval of the Executive Committee.
The annual subscription shall be payable on or before the 31st March of each year. The Executive Committee may revise the subscription from time to time with the approval of the General Body.
All decisions of the Executive Committee and General Body shall be taken by a simple majority of votes of the members present and voting, except where otherwise specified in the Rules & Regulations. The quorum for a meeting of the Executive Committee shall be five members, and for the General Body shall be twenty members or one-fifth of the total members, whichever is less.
