The Right to Information Act, 2005 empowers every citizen of India to seek information from public authorities. Hiralal Ramniwas Post Graduate College, being a government-aided institution, is a public authority under the RTI Act and is committed to proactive disclosure of information as mandated under Section 4(1)(b).

Citizens may request information relating to the college's activities, finances, policies, admissions, examination results, and administrative decisions through the prescribed process.

How to File an RTI Application

Write Your Application
Write your application in Hindi or English addressing the Public Information Officer (PIO) of HR PG College, Khalilabad.

Pay Application Fee
Pay the prescribed application fee of ₹10/- by cash (against receipt) or Demand Draft/Indian Postal Order payable to the college.

Submit Application
Submit the application in person at the college office or send by post/registered post to the PIO address.

Wait for Response
Information will be provided within 30 days (48 hours in case of life and liberty matters). Below poverty line applicants are exempt from fees.
5
File Appeal if Needed
If not satisfied, file first appeal with the Appellate Authority within 30 days. Second appeal lies with State Information Commission.
