- Rainwater harvesting systems on campus
- Regular maintenance of taps and plumbing to prevent leakage
- Sensible and minimal use of water

- Strict prohibition on single-use plastic on campus
- Segregation of biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste
- Composting of organic waste from canteen
- E-waste disposed through authorised recyclers only

- Annual tree plantation drives involving students and staff

4. Environmental Education
- Environmental Studies is a compulsory subject for all UG students

- NSS and NCC units participate in environmental drives
- Celebration of World Environment Day, Earth Day, and Van Mahotsav

The college complies with all applicable environmental laws and regulations including the Environment Protection Act, 1986, Water Act, 1974, Air Act, 1981, and guidelines issued by the Central and State Pollution Control Boards.
