HR PG College has a well-defined Grievance Redressal Mechanism to address the complaints and grievances of students, faculty, and staff promptly and fairly, in accordance with UGC Grievance Redressal Regulations, 2023.
2. Types of Grievances Addressed
- Academic grievances (marks, attendance, examination)
- Administrative grievances (admissions, fees, certificates)
- Infrastructure and facility-related grievances
- Interpersonal disputes between students/staff
- Complaints regarding discrimination or unfair treatment
3. Grievance Redressal Committee
The college has a Grievance Redressal Committee headed by the Principal with faculty and student representatives for speedy resolution of grievances.
4. How to File a Grievance
- Submit written complaint to the Grievance Cell / Principal's office

5. Timeline for Resolution
- Acknowledgement within 3 working days
- Resolution within 30 working days
- Appeals to be disposed within 60 days
